Why do you train?

Most people who know me recognize that fitness for me extends far beyond the gym. It is a way of life, a dedication to oneself and others, and a sense of belonging. January is one of the most traditional months for making a lifestyle change and focusing on self-improvement in order to feel and look better. HOWEVER, I firmly believe that everyone must discover their WHY.

Your WHY may or may not be unique, and never underestimate the value of setting small, manageable objectives rather than going all in and giving up at the first barrier.

Some WHYs can be:

1. To look and/or feel better. 💪
2. To motivate a partner/friend/children. 👨‍👩‍👦👩‍👦👨‍👧
3. To disconnect from the outside world.
4. To spark your creativity. 👨‍🎨
5. To become the best version of yourself. 🤞
6. To become part of a community. 🤗

Remember that the first step is often the most difficult, but never allow anyone dissuade you from doing it. Small comments and praises may go a long way.
